Monthly Goals l November

Goals For Novemeber

    1. Hit 10,000 Steps everyday- hitting the goal in my Fitbit app

    2. Drink 72 oz of water a day

    3. Save money- no crazy spending on clothes, books, ect.

    4. Pack a lunch every day I have school or work

    5. Gym 4/5 times a week (start working out in morning 2 times a week)

    6. Create solid workout plan include Abs, Arms, Butt, and legs

    7. Get a consistent sleep schedule in bed by 10:30pm

    8. Keep a food Journal- write down everything I eat

    9. Make a budget for once regular work starts up again

  10. Work on Columbia College Hollywood application essay
